This additional option opens up the process and enables us to say
Yes I wanna do thisbutI may require help to make this happenwhich can then be useful in building & financing a project team to implement the requested changes.It also enables the community a way of both asking for help and providing the opportunity to help.
It also better enables a drop in replacement person or due to health or other reasons to get up to speed.
