It currently displays the time based on the GMT offset of the viewing computer. Maybe add a GMT offset to the scenario. Notice on Yarnell, the approximate time of deployment was 4:40p 6/30/2013 but when I play back from Czech Republic it shows 7/1/2013 12:40a 8 hours later then it should. (I'm a little confused why it doesn't show 1:40a instead as Czech is 9 hours ahead of Phoenix this time of year)
