A design and technology studio building the instruments it works with.
Everything here came out of studio practice: capturing what happens, judging what's good, making the work, and running the shop with agents in the loop. Most of it is small, opinionated, and local-first. It is released as a collection, not a product line. Some of it is finished. A lot of it is being advanced in the open.
Start here: tokdown · mirofish-cli · critbench · drawbot-cli-tools · biopreparedness-map · linkdrop
Turn what happens into something an agent can read.
- tokdown · shipping · macOS menu bar recorder that transcribes system audio to markdown with Apple's on-device speech. The iOS companion for the Limitless pendant lives in the same repo.
- linkdrop · usable · A link inbox for humans and agents. Share sheet in, immutable markdown bundle out, JSON API on top.
Evidence and evaluation, so an agent's confidence is earned.
- mirofish-cli · usable · Multi-agent prediction engine, a digital sandbox for scenario simulation, rebuilt as an agent-first CLI. Fork of 666ghj/MiroFish.
- critbench · usable · The first benchmark for creative process, not just output. Which model should an agency actually use?
Production tools with a point of view.
- drawbot-cli-tools · shipping · Branded vector artifacts from DrawBot, with typographic rules enforced rather than suggested.
- agentcy-cli · usable · A creative CLI suite. A durable Brand / Voice / Visual foundation becomes explicit protocol artifacts.
- prsna-cli-tools · prototype · Manage, compose, test and evolve AI personas.
- web-draw · fork · Self-hosted Excalidraw dashboard, forked from ExcaliDash and run for the studio.
Built for an audience outside the studio.
- civic-cli · usable · Policy-source adapters for eight government, web and academic sources, with an optional brief writer.
- biopreparedness-map · shipping · Interactive map of special pathogen outbreaks and biopreparedness capacity.
Private today. Listed so the shape of the collection is honest. Each opens when it has a README a stranger can follow.
- helm · The operating layer that runs the studio's always-on host. Six instruments in one repo: dispatch, run, hound, docket, workpad, host. Each has a contract and runs from a cut release. Hound, the evidence primitive that lets an agent hold a Git capability without holding the proof, lives here now.
- helm-ios · Native iPhone and iPad client for coding through private hosts over Tailscale. The client half of the operating layer.
- field-trip · Offline, family-friendly road-trip narrator for iOS. On-device AI, a growing corpus of places.
- tree · A parenting journal and milestone engine, on-device.
- image-lab · Reference-to-render optimization loop on Apple Silicon, with its own benchmark substrate.
- minipix · Menu bar utility for fal.ai workflows: upscale, remove background, style transfer.
- summer-learning · A learning workspace for a family summer.
- buttr-stick · claw-stick · A handheld voice assistant on M5StickS3, and an ESP32-S3 edge agent node.
