Scope
Add the Image category route/card, six-language locale module, README/changelog feature and dependency documentation, and vendor attribution.
Non-goals
No unrelated navigation redesign, speculative roadmap, npm-use claim, CDN, automatic update, or broad documentation rewrite.
Acceptance criteria
- en/ko/ja/es/de/fr key sets and placeholders match.
- Navigation and metadata page registration are complete.
- Copy states local processing, supported scope, partial/opaque limits, and verified same-origin vendoring.
- Documentation identifies secure-metadata v0.1.0 provenance and does not claim exhaustive privacy.
