Sprint 15.7 — Complete navigation, i18n, privacy copy, and attribution

Problem / motivation

The production tool needs discoverable navigation, six-language copy, bounded privacy claims, and durable dependency attribution.

Scope

Add the Image category card, English/Korean/Japanese/Spanish/German/French catalog module, relevant README/CHANGELOG updates, and secure-metadata provenance/attribution documentation.

Non-goals

No unrelated copy rewrite, Metadata placeholders, v1 release-note changes, automatic update mechanism, or claims of complete privacy/removal.

Acceptance criteria

• Image category exposes Converter, Resize, Compressor, and Metadata Inspector & Cleaner without placeholders.
• All six catalogs have key and placeholder parity, including opaque-versus-decoded wording.
• Documentation records same-origin v0.1.0 provenance and inspection/verification limits.
• No runtime CDN, npm loader, or external font is introduced.
