Scope
Update en, ko, ja, es, de, and fr category, tool, homepage, and document-metadata copy using the existing catalog architecture.
Non-goals
No i18n architecture change, runtime translation, or broad copy rewrite.
Acceptance criteria
- All six catalogs retain exact key and placeholder parity.
- Privacy is consistently production-ready in every locale.
- Image and PDF metadata scopes remain distinct and bounded.
- No copy claims complete privacy, anonymity, or exhaustive removal.
