Sprint 16.6 — Retry Sprint 15 interactive browser QA

Problem / motivation

Sprint 15 interactive QA remains outstanding because the Windows browser host failed under an ACL restriction.

Scope

Retry browser QA for JPEG/PNG/WebP inspection, opaque/decoded/partial states, Privacy Clean, verification, save/download, output usability, six locales, Light/Dark themes, narrow layout, keyboard use, and network activity.

Non-goals

No substitution of automated tests for visual QA and no claim of success when browser startup fails.

Acceptance criteria

• Actual browser QA is completed and recorded if the environment permits.
• Network inspection confirms same-origin static requests only and no upload/CDN/GitHub runtime/analytics/telemetry.
• If the browser host still fails, the exact attempts and error are documented and the remaining debt stays explicit.

Browser QA was retried in PR #36. The Windows ACL failure and remaining manual review debt are recorded in docs/ux-consistency-audit.md; the retry acceptance criterion is complete.
