Problem / motivation

Homepage, category hubs, README, and changelog must describe one consistent v2 product state.

Scope

Audit production/planned status across the homepage, Image/PDF/Privacy/Scan/Media hubs, README, and CHANGELOG; update only drift related to Sprint 16.

Non-goals

No speculative tools, roadmap expansion, release, or unrelated documentation rewrite.

Acceptance criteria

• Production and planned status agrees across all audited surfaces.
• Homepage Privacy description matches the functional metadata hub.
• Scan and Media remain planned.
• README accurately documents Privacy routing and scope boundaries.
• CHANGELOG Unreleased records Sprint 16.
