Sprint 17.A — Audit v2 production and planned surface

Goal

Establish one authoritative production/planned inventory for the current v2 release surface.

Acceptance criteria

• Identify all production routes and all planned entries.
• Align homepage, category hubs, README, and static Source-link truth.
• Confirm every Available entry resolves locally.
• Confirm planned entries remain non-interactive and do not impersonate production tools.
• Record release-relevant TODO/FIXME findings without speculative roadmap expansion.

Completed in PR #44. The v2 surface is audited as ten production tools, a bounded Privacy navigation hub, and planned Scan/OCR and Media categories.
