Begins the v2 cycle with a production Image category and local-only Image Converter for JPEG, PNG, and WebP input/output. Supports ordered batches, deterministic collision-safe Unicode filenames, direct single-image saves, JSZip batch archives, JPEG/WebP quality controls, white JPEG transparency, canvas metadata stripping, explicit orientation handling, and existing plus aggregate resource limits. Preserves keyboard/native-picker access, responsive contracts, all six locales, strict CSP, same-origin dependencies, and no runtime network APIs. Removes only the standalone planned Rotate PDF card while preserving Organizer rotation. Validation: node tests/run-all.mjs and git diff --check pass. Browser QA was attempted but unavailable because the Windows browser bridge failed before rendering; no visual pass is claimed. Resize, compression, image metadata tools, file hash, OCR, media, and broader PDF modification remain deferred.
