Keep it static. Do not introduce React, Next.js or a heavy frontend.

I can improve the existing static report without introducing React: add the baseline/skill/improvement summary, pass/fail and per-dimension sections, failed-task and run metadata, plus the model-judged indicator while preserving the lightweight HTML approach. Before I start, please confirm the payment rail and terms for the agreed USD 70 fixed scope (pay-after-acceptance is fine): PayPal, bank transfer, Stripe/escrow, or crypto.
