Bug: size ratio lock in cnc 4 axis

ratio will not unlock in cnc 4 axis.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'cnc 4 axis size
2. Click on '....'lock button
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

A clear and concise description of the problem...

Imported an stl in cnc 4 axix and size was not right. the lock icon in size would not unlock to allow me to adjust the height and width separately

Expected behavior

I expected to click on the lock icon to unlock it and then be able to resize width and height separately.
