Is there an existing issue for this problem?
Snapmaker_Orca Version
2.6.0
Operating System (OS)
macOS
OS Version
macOS 13.2.1
Additional system information
Apple M2 Pro 16GB
Printer
Snapmaker U1
How to reproduce
Slice and click upload and print
Actual results
The Print Preprocessing window opens but remains stuck on:
"loading..."
The upload never progresses past 0%.
Expected results
The progress bar would show upload progress and print would start
Project file & Debug log uploads
logs.txt
Checklist of files to include
Anything else?
The G-code generated by Orca works correctly when uploaded directly through the U1's web interface.
I can:
- Slice the model in Snapmaker Orca 2.3.6
- Export/save the generated G-code
- Upload that exact G-code through the U1's web interface
- Successfully start and print the job
Therefore, the printer, firmware, generated G-code, and basic LAN connectivity appear to be working correctly.
The problem appears to be specifically with the Snapmaker Orca 2.3.6 Print / Print Preprocessing / Upload and Print workflow.
