This can be quite an hammer. Offsets are used in audio and video tracks too, to sync the delay caused by b-frames and audio priming delay, so I don't understand why one would want to clear all those. |

Looks OK, but it needs to be rebased because they are weird merges and conflicts. And the NEWS changes are unrelated. |
