- Data integrity & provisioning — reconciling Skyward Qmlativ (SIS/HR/ERP) against downstream systems, catching drift before it becomes a support ticket.
- Identity & access — rostering, role mapping, and account lifecycle automation across SIS, IAM, and SSO-connected applications.
- Interoperability — OneRoster ingestion, effective-dated change detection, and safe bulk account operations at district scale.
- Google Workspace administration — Classroom, Drive, and user lifecycle management with guarded, auditable mutations.
- Documentation & troubleshooting — the kind of runbooks and audit trails that let another administrator pick up where I left off.
