Releasing
v1.2.3previously required the same numeric version inpom.xml. The release workflow now validates the tag and injects1.2.3into its build checkout, so no version-bump commit is needed.The committed project version is
main-SNAPSHOT. Pull requests retain datedDEV-YYYYMMDD-HHmmversions and development artifacts; default-branch pushes run verification without publishing development artifacts. Dependency pins, enabled tests, runtime JAR validation, and draft-release publication are preserved.Validation: actionlint passed for all three workflows in each of the 32 active Maven plugins. POM comparison confirmed only the project version changed. Valid two-/three-component and prerelease tags pass; malformed and snapshot tags fail.
