Update dependency downloads to the consolidated ServerAssets inventory at commit 4b80431398e4ff35d703cad915b7ee4e5924a763. Paths, local filenames, SHA-256 checksums and hash-qualified Maven versions now select the refreshed accessible inputs for Java 21 / Paper 1.21.10. Align overlapping public API dependencies where present.
Validation: Java 21 Maven clean verify passed (743 tests, no failures). Input checksums, installer/POM coordinate alignment, shell syntax and git diff --check passed.
Producer: https://github.com/TF-Minecraft/ServerAssets/pull/14. Previous pins remain accessible in Git history for rollback. Minecraft runtime behavior has not been exercised in this change.
