Remove the completed build-warning audit report and its README link. Historical findings and verification remain available in Git history; the maintained build and platform guides remain unchanged.
Validation: all five documentation checker tests passed; the link and navigation checker verified 710 links and anchors across 188 Markdown pages; git diff --check passed.
