Remove the track viewer link and Python/Pygame setup instructions from the VehicleFramework train guide alongside removal of the optional viewer.
Validation: no viewer references remain across VehicleFramework and Docs;
git diff --checkpasses. Documentation link checks and the strict documentation build run in PR CI; local checks could not start because the host lacksmarkdown_itand Python venv/pip support.
