CompanionPets now has a project index, build instructions, and links from the project list and platform matrix. Preserve all five original design notes unchanged under
projects/CompanionPets/docs/design, clearly identifying them as planned behavior; the plugin currently only logs startup and shutdown.Validation: five documentation-checker tests passed; 721 local links and anchors across 192 Markdown pages passed; migrated notes match the source bytes exactly. Merge this before TF-Minecraft/CompanionPets#1 so its documentation link resolves.
