Use lowercase alphanumeric plugin filenames (
<name>-<version>.jar) and reject mixed case, underscores or descriptive suffixes before artifact upload. Preserve Maven dependency coordinates and Bukkit identifiers.Update the pinned shared installer to the reviewed version that supports both canonical and legacy filenames.
Validation: shared naming regression tests pass; Maven compilation, available Java tests and development packaging are checked by PR CI.
