Align the plugin with TFMC’s Minecraft 1.21.10 server and Java 21 runtime: compile with release 21 against the real 1.21.10 Maven server API, declare loader compatibility, and align CI. Preserve existing dependency preparation and release workflows.

mvn -B -ntp clean installpassed. This repository has no unit tests. Packaged classes are Java 21 compatible, the descriptor declares 1.21.10, and the server API is not bundled.The repository was temporarily reopened to apply this migration; restore its archived state after the migration is merged.
Local validation used rebuilt Java 21 TLibs. The pinned published dependency must also be Java 21 compatible for remote CI.
