Remove the remaining local
docs/folder, including its configuration example, and clean up source/config comments pointing to removed or already-missing manuals. Add/docs/to.gitignoreto prevent the folder from being accidentally reintroduced. The README continues to link to central SimpleFactions documentation.The removed manuals are not migrated into central Docs. Runtime configuration values and Java behavior are unchanged.
Validation: reviewed the deletion and comment edits; whitespace checks passed; verified stale local manual references are removed, modified Java/YAML content is unchanged apart from comments, and the new ignore rule covers root docs files without hiding README or runtime configuration.
