Summary
Reconciles nightly Spec Drift Detection failures on main (Closes #522).
Upstream OpenAPI 3.31.0 content drift (same info.version) plus matching perps OpenAPI and AsyncAPI updates:
Market.settlement_bounds_type("default"/"floor", required).
