chore: Bump version to 1.2.0

What

Bumps the version from 1.1.2 to 1.2.0 in package.json and oclif.manifest.json, regenerated with pnpm prepack. The command docs in docs/commands/readme.md were already current.

Changes since v1.1.2:

• Markets support (feat: add markets support #178): config/markets.json is now part of settings pull, bucket save/restore, and deploy.
• theme translations mirror and theme deploy --mirror-translations: copies translations attached to one theme (e.g. from Translate & Adapt) onto another, so blue/green deploys no longer lose them.
• Shopify CLI packages bumped from 3.80.7 to 3.92.1, and oclif to v4.
• Dependency bumps: vitest 3.2.6 (chore(deps-dev): bump vitest from 3.2.3 to 3.2.6 #184), brace-expansion 5.0.6 (chore(deps): bump brace-expansion from 1.1.12 to 5.0.6 #181).

Why

New features with no removed or renamed commands or flags make this a minor release.

Release notes to call out

• The minimum Node version is now 20 (it was 18.12), required by the newer Shopify CLI. Node 18 is end-of-life.
• On the next deploy, stores that have config/markets.json will have it pulled and pushed along with other settings.

After merge

Run pnpm publish (npm login required), tag 1.2.0, push tags, and create the GitHub release with an autogenerated changelog, per docs/release.md.
