Backblaze B2 returns 501 NotImplemented for If-Match / If-None-Match on PutObject. Keep AWS optimistic locking; for custom endpoints put without those headers and verify/retry after concurrent writes. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
