fix: add missing Ollama model translations

What does this PR do?

Adds the missing i18n translations for the Ollama provider and its configured models.

Changes

• Add missing Ollama provider translations.
• Add translations for the five configured Ollama models:
  • Llama 3.2
  • Llama 3.1
  • Qwen 2.5 Coder
  • Mistral
  • Gemma 3

Testing

• Reproduced the issue locally.
• Verified the Ollama models are displayed correctly in the model dropdown.
• Verified Ollama translation warnings no longer appear in the browser console.
• git diff --check passes.
