Version bumps (webdecoy.php header + WEBDECOY_VERSION, readme stable tag), changelogs, plugin-info.json for the CDN channel, and an updated External Services disclosure covering the connect handshake (app/api.webdecoy.com) and twice-daily entitlements fetch (ingest.webdecoy.com) — all strictly after user-initiated Connect.
…procedure banner.svg/icon.svg now embed the hoodie-duck mascot (same artwork as the app's duck-logo.svg, brand colors #F90289/#111C26/#F99717) — the sources for the listing PNGs live on wp.org SVN. RELEASING.md gains §5: the SVN trunk/tag/assets release flow with the .svn-wporg working copy.

E2E-verified against production cloud (WebDecoy/app#306). After merge: release.sh 2.3.0, CDN upload, tag, SVN trunk+tag.
