chore(release): 2.8.2 - #89

Ships the build determinism fix and the ownership metadata from #88. The plugin stays "by WebDecoy" everywhere a customer looks. #88 had changed the updater's author string and cdn-files/plugin-info.json to "WebDecoy LLC", which would have shown the entity in the plugin details modal while the plugin header said WebDecoy. Those two answer the same question and now give the same answer. The entity stays where it belongs, as the copyright holder in composer.json and the translation template. 101 tests passing.

Release prep for 2.8.2. Ships what is already on main: the build determinism fix and the ownership metadata from #88.
Version bumped in
webdecoy.php(header +WEBDECOY_VERSION),readme.txt(Stable tag+ changelog) andchangelog.txt.One correction to #88. That PR set the updater's author string and
cdn-files/plugin-info.jsonto "WebDecoy LLC", which would have shown the entity in the WP plugin details modal while the plugin header said "WebDecoy". Two places answering the same question differently. Both now say WebDecoy. The entity stays where it belongs: copyright holder incomposer.jsonand the translation template.Owner's call: the plugin stays "by WebDecoy" for customers, and the wp.org profile display name is unchanged.
101 tests passing.
