Synchronize main into develop after v2.1.0 publication. All 11 npm packages are published and verified against frozen artifacts with cryptographic provenance; new URL Safety Trusted Publisher is configured, and all 11 OIDC exchanges passed in run 34757700832. Includes the immutable publication record, additive provenance correction, and current 2.1.0 documentation. No product code changes relative to the qualified source, no tag movement, and no changes to v2.0.0/v2.0.1 records or Issue #13. Merge through normal required checks; main and develop should have identical content afterward.
