Faster welcome tour; clearer cdx update output - #24

The tour animates about 2.5x faster. `cdx update` now shows a spinner while it checks GitHub, then says plainly whether an update exists, and lists download, checksum, and install steps when one does. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
