C2PA badges now refresh as metadata batches complete and recognize embedded credential data even when manifest decoding is unavailable.
Adds a browser action to improve descriptions for the selected photos sequentially with the local model. Users can edit each suggestion before queuing it through the existing metadata write path; changed descriptions are rejected. Settings provides an editable editorial prompt with a journalistic default covering when, where, what and who using supplied facts without guessing.
Validation: repository validation gates and whitespace checks passed. All 8 focused assistant and C2PA presence tests passed locally. CI runs the clean build and full test suite.
