西田創の役員紹介写真を差し替え

概要

• 西田創取締役の役員写真を、指定された960 × 1280 JPEGへ差し替えます。
• 全9ロケールの画像参照をJPGへ更新し、旧PNGを削除します。
• 横長の役員カードで髪と顔が見切れないよう、写真の表示位置を上寄せに調整します。

確認

• 添付元と public/uploads/nishida-sou.jpg のSHA-256が一致
• JPEG: 960 × 1280 / sRGB / アルファなし
• npx prettier --check（対象ファイル）: 成功
• npm run validate:content: 成功
• npm run test:cms: 57件成功
• git diff --check、git diff --cached --check: 成功
• npm run build: ローカルNode 24.18.0ではsource-map-jsの require is not defined で停止（既知の環境エラー）
• GitHub Actions: Build and Format、Build on Windows ともに成功
• Cloudflare Pagesプレビュー（https://43410e3c.acecore-net.pages.dev/about/）: デプロイ成功。モバイル幅で西田創カードの髪・顔が見切れず、黒背景がないことを確認
• デスクトップの画像キャプチャはBrowser接続のタイムアウトで未取得
