agledger-api 01dcc568 adds schemas:read to the admin-iac scope profile, so an IaC key that registers a type can dry-run a completion against it at POST /v1/schemas/{type}/validate (which requires schemas:read). Migration 009 backfills stored keys and ephemeral certs that hold schemas:write without schemas:read.
What the Python SDK needs to do: agledger/scopes.py keeps a copy of the profiles. Add Scopes.SCHEMAS_READ to the admin-iac scopes (server order: admin:keys, agents:manage, webhooks:manage, schemas:read, schemas:write) and match its description to the one served at GET /v1/scope-profiles. No other profile changed in this commit. The TypeScript SDK has the same handoff in agledger-ai/sdk#47.
No state was left in the SDK tree.
