Deduplicate SMS and notifications by source and exact text within an inclusive configurable time window (default ±1 second). Add independent switches, both enabled by default, and preserve the old shared setting on upgrade.
Preserve queued events and legacy exact-match history. Update the UI, privacy documentation and release testing instructions.
Validation: all 66 Android unit/UI tests and lintDebug passed. Tests cover window boundaries, independent switches, persisted settings and database migration.
