Cision is an AI-powered PR and earned media software platform providing tools for media database access, press release distribution, media monitoring, analytics, and influencer identification. The CisionOne platform offers a REST API that connects media monitoring data with internal tools and business intelligence platforms including Tableau, PowerBI, and Domo.

The CisionOne API uses token-based authentication. Tokens are generated through CisionOne Admin settings and must be included as a Bearer token in the Authorization header of each request.
CisionOne API requests are throttled to a maximum of 10 requests per minute (approximately 1 request every 6 seconds) across all endpoints.
Cision does not publish platform pricing publicly. All CisionOne platform subscriptions require custom quotes via sales and annual contracts. Typical pricing:
