Implements PR 6A from the Ego Portal E2 multimodal conversion design: automatic sync orchestration for Ego Portal E2 episodes (capture -> e2conversion.Start -> enqueue E2 conversion sync after approved derivative), plus the SyncWorker E2 source snapshot seam (EnqueueE2ConversionManual) and server wiring. Includes the previously uncommitted PR0 design document.
