Ignore private working notes and assistant configuration
Adds the entries this repository is missing:
.claude/,.cursor/,AGENTS.md.Local working notes and per-editor configuration should not be committable by accident.
Four of the six Avitai repos already carry most of this list; this brings
DiffBio in line with them.
Note that an ignore entry does nothing to a file that is already tracked, so this
prevents future additions rather than removing anything.
