Sets up a meeting directory and moves all meeting notes from the HackMD to the directory, broken out by date.
Creation of the local script to split the massive original file was assisted by a foundational AI/LLM model. Actual work and creation of these files and structure was done by me.
Note this needs to be done before bootc-dev/bootc-dev.github.io#35 can be completed as the website is pulling from this repo to avoid duplicate data.
Fixes #45
