The "Show component group status" toggle under Settings previously swapped the group header between the worst component status and an incident count, so a healthy group with the toggle off rendered a flat "0 Incidents".
The header now always takes the colour of the worst component status, shows the status label when the toggle is on (or when there is nothing else to show), and appends the open incident count only when it is non-zero. The toggle basically now hides the status label alone, matching its label literally.
