Addresses:

Includes:

  • Add some notion of thread management to MCP sub module to reduce deadlock opportunities
  • Don't silently discard certain types of no-op operations in the EditFile tool
  • Handle a few common argument name errors in EditFile and ReadFile
  • Fix parallel tool call parsing in completions API
