Release 2.27.2: data-consistency fixes from the third CCTV expert audit (2026-10-01). No new cameras.

  • iSpy-sourced RTSP URLs: 60 → 0. Re-sourced from each maker's own documentation, or removed where none exists.
  • RTSP guides: Axis, Arecont, LILIN, Siqura and Cisco no longer contain unfillable placeholders.
  • NDAA claims on brands that resell Hikvision/Dahua cameras: checked against each maker's own statement and sources added. Unsupported Amcrest claims were removed.
  • ONVIF mismatches: 35 → 9.
  • Two-way audio contradictions: 112 → 75.
  • Stream names: normalized on about 436 records. Night-vision fixes on 4 records, 8 doorbells marked outdoor.

Reviewers kept 326 changes and reverted 4. The revert included the fixer's removal of Night Owl's NDAA claim, because the maker's own site states NDAA compliance. 36 items are left unresolved where no official source exists. The data lint passes, package.json is 2.27.2, and the CHANGELOG entry is in.

Merging to main cuts the public v2.27.2 release.

Mechanical consistency fixes from the third CCTV expert audit (2026-10-01);
no spec values change.

- video.streams[].name: 190 records used labels like "Main Stream",
  "Mainstream", "Stream 1", "Sub-Stream" -> main / sub / third, the schema's
names. 151 records had unnamed streams listed in descending resolution ->
main / sub / third by position. Multi-sensor names (optical / thermal) are
left alone, as are 21 unnamed lists that aren't in descending order.
- environment: "outdoor" added on 8 doorbells (a doorbell is mounted outside).
- configs.frigate.best_substream removed where it equalled the main URL (1).
From the third 2026-10-01 CCTV expert audit: NDAA claims on brands that
resell Hikvision/Dahua cameras, RTSP URLs that came from iSpy, ONVIF and
audio consistency, stream names and RTSP guide placeholders. Every change
cites the manufacturer's own documentation and was re-checked by an independent reviewer (kept
15, reverted 0 unsupported edits). 0 item(s) left unresolved
where no official source exists; third-party RTSP lists were not used.

- Honeywell (ndaa_check (10 Series)): Keep true. Each per-model 10 Series datasheet already in sources says 'NDAA compliant' (the record notes mention Hikvision OEM firmware, but the maker's own statement wins). Source: prod-edam
- Honeywell (ndaa_check (35 Series incl. thermal HC35T*)): Keep true. The 35 Series user guide (all HC35W/WB/WE/WZ/WP/WF/CB/CE models are listed) and the thermal datasheets/bi-spectrum guide, already in sources, say the cameras are 'For use as part of Video Systems which comply with NDAA'. The Honeywell NDAA page also lists the 35 Series. Source: https://buildings.honeywell.com/us/en/brands/our-brands/security/solutions/ndaa
- Honeywell (ndaa_check (60 Series)): Keep true. Honeywell's official NDAA Section 889 page lists '60 Series IP cameras' as compliant. I added that page to the 15 60-Series records that had no NDAA-stating source. The other records already cite the 60 Series user guides or datasheets, which state NDAA. Source: https://buildings.honeywell.com/us/en/brands/our-brands/security/solutions/ndaa
- Honeywell (ndaa_check (70 Series)): Keep true. The HC70W48R2 and HC70WB8R2 datasheets say 'NDAA compliant'. HC70WC5R3's datasheet is silent, but its record already cites the honeywell-cameras page, which says 'Honeywell's IP cameras are fully compliant with NDAA'. No change. Source: https://buildings.honeywell.com/us/en/brands/our-brands/security/solutions/honeywell-cameras
- Honeywell (ndaa_check (HCS1 / HEICC / HEIPTZ explosion-proof)): Keep true. The datasheets already in sources state NDAA Section 889 compliance. Source: HEICC/HEIPTZ/HCS1
25, reverted 0 unsupported edits). 3 item(s) left unresolved
where no official source exists; third-party RTSP lists were not used.

- Dahua (stream_names): Single-sensor S2 line (18 records): named the streams main/sub/third, in the datasheet's order (Main, Sub 1, Sub 2). Multi-sensor records: kept channel-prefixed names and only normalized their spelling to lowercase with hyphens (dh-sdt7425, psd81602). Records that were already consistent were left alone. Source: Dahua
- Dahua (nv_none_with_range): HAC-HMW3200L has an IR LED with a 3 m range, so the type is now ir and range_m is kept. Source: https://materialfile.dahuasecurity.com/uploads/soft/20201126/DH-HAC-HMW3200LP_datasheet_20201126.pdf
- Dahua (onvif_missing): Hero consumer PT (H2C/H4C) and the WizSense 2 4G AOV bullet do not mention ONVIF in the datasheet or on the product page, so onvif_port was deleted and protocols left unchanged. For comparison, the X-spans PTZ pages do state 'ONVIF (Profile S & Profile G)'. Source: Dahua
- Dahua (two_way_check): Left two_way false on all 15 records. The Dahua professional-line datasheets list a mic/speaker or audio ports but never state two-way talk, and nothing official says it, so there is no basis to set it true. Only the consumer Hero and 4G datasheets state 'two-way talk', and those records are already true. Source: WizMind
28, reverted 0 unsupported edits). 3 item(s) left unresolved
where no official source exists; third-party RTSP lists were not used.

- Reolink (stream_names): Single-stream and stitched-panorama cameras (including the Duo, Argus 4 Pro and TrackMix LTE models, which output one stream) get main/sub by position, with only the name changed. Multi-sensor cameras (Omvi 3i, RLC-81MA, TrackFlex Floodlight) get lowercase per-sensor names (panoramic-main/ptz-main, wide-main/tele-main). The Argus MagiCam's two entries were one mainstream listed Source: https://reolink.com/product/argus-magicam/

where no official source exists; third-party RTSP lists were not used.

- ClareVision (ndaa_check): Keep ndaa_compliant true for all 25 records in the CLR-V100, V200 and V300 lines (outcome a). The maker (Clare/SnapAV, now Snap One) states NDAA compliance in every model's official datasheet ('Compliance: NDAA Compliant') and on the product pages. I downloaded all 25 datasheets with curl and checked them with pdftotext. Each record's own datasheet PDF was added to sources. Sid Source: https://www.snapav.com/shop/en/snapav/clr-v200-4b28w

cites the manufacturer's own documentation and was re-checked by an independent reviewer (kept

where no official source exists; third-party RTSP lists were not used.

- Hikvision (stream_names): Single-sensor ds-2cd23126g3-is2uy-sl: fixed from the datasheet (the duplicate main entry was replaced with the documented sub and third streams). The 4 multi-channel PTZ models keep their per-channel names on purpose. Source: https://assets.hikvision.com/prd/normal/all/doc/sm000106806/DS-2CD23126G3-IS2UY_SL_Datasheet_20260724.pdf
- Hikvision (two_way_check): In the -LIU/-LIUF/-LSU lines the datasheets list a built-in mic and speaker but state no two-way audio, so two_way stays false on all 13 records. Source: official
- Hikvision (onvif_missing): Not fixed: there is no official source for any of the 7 records (each cites only a third-party shop, and hikvision.com is bot-challenged and could not be reached). Left as-is and flagged for re-sourcing. Source: none

21, reverted 0 unsupported edits). 1 item(s) left unresolved
where no official source exists; third-party RTSP lists were not used.

- Luma (ndaa_check): Keep ndaa_compliant: true for the whole X20 family (220/420/520/820). Snap One states on every X20 product page that it is NDAA compliant ('All Luma X20 family surveillance solutions are fully NDAA compliant'). This was checked on all 21 flagged records. The source URL was already in sources, so only last_verified was bumped. Source: https://www.snapav.com/shop/en/snapav/lum-520-ip-bfw
- Luma (two_way_check): No change. The official pages state no two-way or talk-back audio (only a built-in mic plus audio in/out connectors), and two_way is not inferred from mic+speaker. Source: https://www.snapav.com/shop/en/snapav/lum-520-ip-tfw
48, reverted 0 unsupported edits). 0 item(s) left unresolved
where no official source exists; third-party RTSP lists were not used.

- ZKTeco (ispy_rtsp): No official doc: deleted the Dahua-style /cam/realmonitor template and substream plus the iSpy source on all 21 flagged records. strix/verified/zkteco.json is left as it was (status unverified, no templates): the official manuals use a numeric stream-code path, and its value appears only in screenshots. Source: strix/verified/zkteco.json
- TRUEN (ispy_rtsp): The official doc differs from iSpy. TRUEN's own 'RTSP URL' support article gives Primary /video1+audio1 and Secondary1 /video1s1+audio1 on port 554 for all TRUEN products, so I set those on every TRUEN record. /video2 is not documented anywhere official. The 7 records that were not flagged had the same undocumented paths and were corrected too. where no official source exists; third-party RTSP lists were not used.

- Bosch (stream_names): Streams named by their order in the datasheet: MIC 7100i, AUTODOME and DINION use four encoder streams (2 configurable H.26x, I-frame-only of stream 1, M-JPEG) named main/sub/third/fourth. Entries that were resolution-table rows were dropped or merged. Fisheye Video 1/2/3 channels map to main/sub/third. Multi-imager models (FLEXIDOME multi, FLEXIDOME Dual) are now one per-image Source: Per-model
- Bosch (two_way_check): MIC IP fusion 9000i family datasheet states 'Two-way, full duplex audio communication', so two_way is set true on Z30BVF9 and Z30GVF Source: https://cdn.commerce.boschsecurity.com/public/documents/MIC_IP_fusion_9000i_Data_sheet_enUS_75058032907.pdf
- Bosch (nv_none_with_range): Thermal or fusion units have no illuminator; range_m was a thermal detection range, so it is deleted and type stays none Source: MIC
- Amcrest (ndaa_check): Decided per line. AMLINK (AL5M/AL8M PoE, AL4M Wi-Fi; FOXLINK-made) and Helix (HLX-) have an official 'NDAA Compliant' statement, so true is kept. The legacy 'Amcrest Link' AL- Wi-Fi line has no statement, so the field is deleted Source: amcrest.com
- Amcrest (onvif_listed_check): ASH21 and ASH21-V3 spec sheets show no ONVIF, so onvif and onvif_port are removed. ASH47-W's sheet states 'ONVIF Supported', so it is kept Source: Spec
- Amcrest (stream_names): IP5M-D1188EW-AI-V3 has 2 streams. The duplicate 2688x1520 'main' entry was another resolution option, so it is removed Source: IP5M-D1188EW-AI-V3

cites the manufacturer's own documentation and was re-checked by an independent reviewer (kept
38, reverted 0 unsupported edits). 3 item(s) left unresolved
where no official source exists; third-party RTSP lists were not used.

- IC Realtime (ndaa_check): Keep ndaa_compliant true on all 9 IPND (IC Secure) records; each manufacturer store page explicitly states NDAA compliant (source already in sources). Source: https://store.icrealtime.com/IPND-B80V-IRW1
- Panasonic (ispy_rtsp): PM-series (TVT-OEM) official manuals document /profile1 (main) /profile2 (sub). Records whose cited manual was confirmed (today or in the guide's earlier verified quote) keep the URL and lose the ispyconnect source. Records whose manual cannot be read (True-colour, 6MP), and PP8ULVR (realmonitor, no doc), have the RTSP template/substream deleted. Source: Operating-Instructions_PM-VB2ULVR-W_PM-VD2ULFR-W.pdf,
- i-PRO (two_way_check): Legacy WV- line spec tables list 'Interactive (Full duplex)' audio mode, so two_way is set true. WV-NF284 is explicitly 1-way, so it was left false. Source: i-pro.com
- i-PRO (onvif_missing): M-46-FW-V2 India spec lists no ONVIF, so configs.frigate.onvif_port was deleted. Source: https://i-pro.com/products_and_solutions/en/surveillance/products/m-46-fw-v2-india
From the third 2026-10-01 CCTV expert audit: NDAA claims on brands that

cites the manufacturer's own documentation and was re-checked by an independent reviewer (kept
33, reverted 0 unsupported edits). 1 item(s) left unresolved
where no official source exists; third-party RTSP lists were not used.

- Jovision (two_way_check): Set two_way true only where the product page states two-way audio/intercom (3 models); 6 others left unchanged. Source: jovisionsecurity.com
- Tapo (stream_names): Dual-lens per-lens main streams renamed to lowercase multi-sensor style: wide main/tele main (wide+tele models), fixed main/ptz main (fixed+PTZ models). No values changed. Source: existing
- Tapo (onvif_missing): Doorbells (D225, D235) do not support ONVIF; deleted onvif_port. Source: https://www.tapo.com/us/faq/724/
- Alibi (stream_codec_not_listed): Older NS10xx/NS3034R datasheets list H.264/H.264 OVC/MJPEG only, so the stream codec is H.264. NS3134R datasheet lists H.265+/H.265, so those were added to codecs. Source: alibisecurity.com
- Foscam (onvif_missing): The foscam.eu spec tables for the Wi-Fi models list no ONVIF; deleted onvif_port. Source: foscam.eu
- Foscam (stream_codec_not_listed): Official spec for SD8EP/V8EP is H.264+/H.264 only; removed unsupported H.265+ from codecs and set the stream codecs to H.264. Source: us.foscam.com
- Grundig (stream_names): Lowercased names. Kept the datasheet's numbered extra streams as fourth/fifth. Added the AT8505B sub stream that the datasheet lists but the record had left out. Source: Grundig
23, reverted 0 unsupported edits). 7 item(s) left unresolved
where no official source exists; third-party RTSP lists were not used.

- KBVision (onvif_missing): Each brochure spec sheet lists ONVIF under Interoperability, so 6 records got "onvif" in protocols. KX-EWAi8832ZMN-EB is unresolved because no spec sheet could be found. Source: https://kbvisiongroup.com/brochure/<MODEL>-Brochure.jpg
- Kenik (two_way_check): No two-way statement in the datasheets, so all 7 records were left as they are. Source: files.kenik.pl
- Mobotix (stream_names): Renamed Full to main and HD to sub, matching the datasheet's 5MP @10FPS and HD @30fps MxPEG rates. strix/verified/mobotix.json was not flagged and was not touched. Source: Mobotix
- EverFocus (two_way_check): The datasheets list RCA audio I/O only, with no two-way statement. The SNA and SQA product pages could not be fetched (403). All 5 records unchanged. Source: cached
- Intelbras (stream_names): Named the streams main/sub/third(/fourth) in the datasheet's stream order (principal, extra, extra 2, extra 3). Source: Intelbras
- Intelbras (two_way_check): iM7 S is unresolved because the official datasheet is unreachable (WAF/Cloudflare challenge, no browser).
- Speco Technologies (two_way_check): Set two_way to true on all 5 records. The spec sheets or product pages state two-way audio. Source: specotech.com
- Trassir (two_way_check): Per model: two_way is true only where official documents state two-way audio (D2121CL3W passport, P8121IR2 dssl.ru page). The other 3 records say only 'built-in mic and speaker' and were left unchanged. Source: trassir.com
- Avigilon (two_way_check): The H4 IR PTZ datasheet states only line-level audio I/O, so all 4 records were left unchanged. Source: https://assets.avigilon.com/file_library/pdf/h4-ir-ptz/avigilon-h4-ir-ptz-datasheet-en-rev9.pdf
From the third 2026-10-01 CCTV expert audit: NDAA claims on brands that

audio consistency, stream names and RTSP guide placeholders. Every change
cites the manufacturer's own documentation and was re-checked by an independent reviewer (kept
17, reverted 0 unsupported edits). 6 item(s) left unresolved
where no official source exists; third-party RTSP lists were not used.

- Bolide (two_way_check): Leave two_way false: official sources mention mic and speaker but never two-way or talk-back Source: bolideco.com
- TKH Security (two_way_check): Set two_way true for the PD1024/PD2024 and PD5004/PD5004W lines: their official user manuals document a two-way audio function Source: tkhs-install-files
- Vivotek (two_way_check): FD8335H: set two_way true because the datasheet states 'Audio input/output (half duplex)' (bidirectional) Source: FD8335H
- Vivotek (stream_names): Rename Main Stream/2nd Stream/3rd Stream to main/sub/third (single sensor, datasheet shows 3 streams) Source: ib9383-htv
- Vivotek (onvif_missing): SC8131: datasheet lists no ONVIF, so delete configs.frigate.onvif_port Source: sc8131
- ABUS (ispy_rtsp): No official ABUS RTSP path found for the IPCS line (the manual gives only the port). Deleted the templates and the iSpy source, matching the ABUS guide's rejection of the Hikvision paths. Source: IPCB_IPCS_2021_BDA_INT.pdf
- ABUS (stream_names): Left unresolved: the fisheye datasheets cannot be reached (Akamai 403, no archive)
- Annke (two_way_check): Leave two_way false: official pages state only microphones Source: annkecctv.com
- FLIR (stream_codec_not_listed): Add H.265 to video.codecs: datasheets list H.265 main profile (enhanced), and the CF-6308 sheet names plain H.265 per stream Source: flir.netx.net
- Avtron (stream_codec_not_listed): Change the stream codec H.265 to H.265+, the only H.265 variant the official page lists Source: avtrontech.com
- Illustra (ispy_rtsp): IP5M multisensor/panoramic: no official RTSP doc (the brand guide says unconfirmed, use ONVIF). Deleted the templates and the iSpy source. Source: strix/verified/illustra.json

where no official source exists; third-party RTSP lists were not used.

- Axis (nv_none_with_range): Q1800-LE has built-in IR, so I set type to ir and kept range_m 40. Source: Axis
- Axis (guide_placeholder): The docs name no default profile name. I replaced the sub path with the documented VAPIX example (videocodec=h264&resolution=640x480) and moved the streamprofile=<profile> form to unverified_leads. Source: https://developer.axis.com/vapix/network-video/video-streaming/
- EmpireTech (onvif_missing): The official product pages list no ONVIF, so I deleted onvif_port on C4K-P and H4C. Source: empiretech01.com
- Hanwha (stream_names): The 12M and 8M entries are sensor modes of the single main stream. I collapsed them to one 'main' entry at 4000x3000@20. Source: Hanwha
- Hanwha (two_way_check): XNO-6020R: the datasheet shows only line in/out with no two-way statement. Left false. Source: https://hvsgmpprdstorage.blob.core.windows.net/pim/XNO-6020R/DataSheet_XNO-6020R_20260806_EN_183440.pdf

- Tiandy (onvif_missing): TD-H6xx Wi-Fi PT line (H653K, H693N): the official pages state no ONVIF (image specs, encrypted spec download), so onvif_port was deleted and 'onvif' not added. The TC-series Wi-Fi pages do state ONVIF Profile S/T, but that wasn't inferred across lines Source: https://en.tiandy.com/wireless/68824425.html,
- LaView (onvif_missing): Left unchanged and escalated: the official page is silent, and only the community-verified test (issue #327) shows ONVIF on port 8000 Source: https://www.laviewusa.com/products/laview-security-cameras-4pc
- Secureye (stream_names): Dual-sensor panoramic PTZ: both entries are main streams of separate sensors (per the datasheet), so they were renamed main-panorama / main-detail rather than main/sub. No duplicate was removed Source: https://www.secureye.com/uploads/product/SP-H66V-25X.pdf

- Vitek (two_way_check): Set two_way true for VTC-TNT4RMAD. The official product page says '2-Way Audio: Yes'. The datasheet PDF only says 'Audio In + Built-in Mic + Built-in Speaker'. Source: https://vitekcctv.com/product/vtc-tnt4rmad-transcendent-4mp-motorized-af-ip-wdr-active-deterrence-camera/
- Vstarcam (stream_names): The two 'main' entries are alternative main-stream modes on the official page, which gives no sub stream. Kept the full-resolution main entry and removed the duplicate.
