Production was deployed by hand with wrangler after each merge. The workflow builds on every pull request (the build is the spec's link and anchor checker) and deploys to the cassini-format Pages project on every push to main. Needs CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN and CLOUDFLARE_ACCOUNT_ID.
