Guide Agents to assess code evidence after document investigation and before article planning, including an explicit assessment for plans exceeding 30 article tasks. The assessment is advisory: it adds no required fields or blocking gates, and unrelated repository failures do not block document work.
Missing repository directories and broken module links now return actionable recovery diagnostics instead of ambiguous Git spawn errors. Existing pinned-content checks remain enforced. Planning resources are included in the packaged Provider, and the release retains the current configurable knowledge-query retrieval modes.
Validation: workspace build and verify:full passed, including Node dist and actual CLI artifact checks. Repository recovery tests: 9 passed. Release preparation and dry-run packing passed for all 13 public packages. Version: 0.7.29.
