### MCP

- Exa is now a built-in MCP server enabled by default, connecting without an API
key to the external `https://mcp.exa.ai/mcp` service. Web requests handled by
this preset are sent to Exa and are subject to Exa's privacy practices, network
availability, and anonymous rate limits. Disable it with
`mcpServers.exa.enabled: false`, or override `mcpServers.exa` with a custom
transport-bearing server entry.
