🛡️ Sentinel: [HIGH] Fix missing security headers

🚨 Severity: HIGH
💡 Vulnerability: API responses lacked fundamental HTTP security headers, leaving clients susceptible to MIME-type sniffing, clickjacking, and non-HTTPS downgrade attacks.
🎯 Impact: Without these headers, malicious sites could frame the application to trick users (Clickjacking), force the browser to misinterpret safe content as executable (MIME-sniffing), or intercept traffic if the client initially connects over HTTP.
🔧 Fix: Added X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff, X-Frame-Options: DENY, and Strict-Transport-Security headers to all responses within the global FastAPI request context middleware.
✅ Verification: Tested locally by verifying the new headers are present in request_context_middleware unit/integration test pathways and ensuring the complete test suite passes.
