- Sovereignty is not optional. If it can't run on your own hardware, you don't own it. If it does, it must be auditable and certified.
- 15-year code. Every commit should be readable by the next maintainer in 2040.
- AI agents need rules, not vibes. AGENTS.okf is my answer to the "just dump a giant Markdown file" approach.
