Port 8013 only accepts TLS connections to the proxy and stdlib Net::HTTP cannot open a TLS connection to a proxy, so the example connected in plaintext and got reset; use the plain-HTTP port 8012. Drop the dead #screenshots anchor from the Screenshots deprecation note.

Review fix: proxy port 8012 instead of 8013 — 8013 only accepts TLS connections to the proxy (verified: plaintext gets connection-reset) and stdlib Net::HTTP cannot open a TLS connection to a proxy. Also drops the dead #screenshots anchor.
