Preserve semantic integration relationships for compact doctor rendering without parsing display labels or consulting the filesystem. Add filesystem-free display node/status projections while retaining existing health checks and deterministic asset ordering. Replace verbose doctor text with compact Environment, Repository, and Integrations domains using typed target/area statuses. Healthy rows now suppress paths and identity metadata while JSON retains full detail. Update the durable doctor contracts and mark compact-doctor-output T02 complete. Claude does not generate agents, so doctor should not report that unsupported area. Remove Claude agent inspection while preserving OpenCode agent reporting and document the target-specific inventory contract. Plan: doctor-claude-agents-auto-sync (T01) Co-authored-by: SCE <sce@crocoder.dev>
