Expose exact added/removed counts under metadata.sce.line_changes, using canonical post-commit hunk classifications and preserving full mixed/unknown hunk totals. Handle deleted patch artifacts without double-counting, update golden coverage, and document the payload contract while retaining backward deserialization defaults.
